Please take the time to inspect your new items before wearing them so that you can promptly notify us of any defects or issues.
Simply contact us within seven days of order receipt and we'll take care of you.
Returns for reasons other than defect will be accepted if the items are new and unworn.
To recover loss associated with packing materials, labor, processing fees, etc. we do need to collect a restocking fee.
To make it simple we now have flat rate restocking fees that are deducted from your refund:

$8 Youth Items
$10 Adult Garments
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt and loss in value due to washing, wearing, missing strings, etc. will be deducted accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are not in new condition.
Items purchased at a discount are final sale and are non-refundable.
If you wish to avoid the restocking fee you can receive store credit instead of a refund.
If we find that the garment is not in brand new/unworn condition we cannot re-sell the garment. In this case, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge an additional restocking fee up to 25%.
As long as the condition of the item is still new and unused we will except it for exchange. Contact us to approve the exchange before you send us anything. We ask that you contact about exchanges within seven days of original purchase date.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To ship the replacement/exchange item/s to you we charge exact shipping cost.
When we receive the return and verify the condition we will send an invoice for the exchange shipping. After payment is received we will ship.
You may cancel your order for a refund if it has not yet shipped. We will deduct an 3% cancellation fee from your refund to recover our payment processing and handling losses.
We stand by our products. If you find a manufacturer defect in your unwashed/unworn product we will happily replace the item and cover return shipping costs. In cases where we do not have a replacement we will work with you to find a solution.
What happens if you washed your item or wore it once and you've now discovered a defect? Contact us and describe the issue. Photos are always helpful. Depending on the item and the defect we might be able to fix or replace the item for you. No matter what, we will do our best to resolve the issue and make it right.
If your item was damaged in transit please contact us so that we can file a claim with the carrier. We will do our best to resolve the issue and replace your item/s promptly.
If your items have been missing for several days but the tracking status is "Delivered", the mail carrier will NOT take responsibility even when the package is insured. This leaves us with no means of recourse and we cannot be held responsible for errors made by the mail carrier or in instances of package theft AFTER delivery. If you believe that your item may have been delivered to the wrong address your best option is to contact your mail carrier to address the issue.
